Please note that production and delivery times do not include public holidays. Both production and shipping take place on working days!

Fulfillment time: approx. 2-4 weeks.
We don't have stock for the finished products. These type of products are manufactured after order.
PRODUCTS DESIGNED BY THE GIFTFORGE BUT MANUFACTURED BY PARTNER
Fulfillment time: These products can have stock, in this case we will ship it out within 1-2 workdays. If we don't have stock, usually it takes 1-2 weeks for our partners to fulfill.

RETAIL PRODUCTS
Fulfillment time: approx. 1-2 workdays.

If an order contains a mixture of products to be manufactured and products in stock, the delivery time will always be the delivery time of the product with the longest production time! For example, if the order contains both a board game insert and a card sleeve, the production time of the board game insert will be the one that will be used.
If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to order it, but you can request a notification when it becomes available again.

SHIPPING TIMES
The shipping time to Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 countries is 2-3 weeks and for Zone 4 it is 3-4 weeks. The shipping time is only an approximate and can’t be guaranteed.
Important! Of course, there may be exceptional cases where a parcel arrives late, for example because we cannot dispatch it on the day we have prepared the label, or because of slower warehouse handling, or because of any other problem. If you see in the tracking that nothing happens to the parcel for days, please contact us at contact@thegiftforge.com and we will follow up on the status of the parcel.
You have the right of withdrawal for 14 days from receiving the package. The package must be sent back without opening and in this case we will give a full refund. If you received a damaged product or any part is damaged please contact us and we will investigate the case.
