Fulfillment, shipping and returns
Here you can find useful information about shipping, order fulfillment, delivery times, and returns.
📦 Order fulfillment
Physical products:
Fulfillment time: approx. 2-4 weeks.
Physical products are manufactured after the order is placed.
If you have an urgent or time-sensitive order, for example a gift, please contact us before placing your order at contact@thegiftforge.com for information about expected production and delivery times.
Please note that production and delivery times do not include public holidays. Both production and shipping take place on working days!
Digital products:
Fulfillment time: immediately after purchase.
After completing your order, you will receive the download links. No physical product will be shipped for digital orders.
Digital Products are delivered electronically and may be subject to different return and withdrawal conditions than physical products. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Withdrawal Information for details.
If an order contains both physical and digital products, the digital products will be delivered electronically and separately from the physical products. Physical products will follow the standard production and shipping process. You can find more information about our products on the page below.

Shipping times:
The shipping time to Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 countries is 2-3 weeks and for Zone 4 it is 3-4 weeks. The shipping time is only an approximate and can’t be guaranteed.
Important! Of course, there may be exceptional cases where a parcel arrives late, for example because we cannot dispatch it on the day we have prepared the label, or because of slower warehouse handling, or because of any other problem. If you see in the tracking that nothing happens to the parcel for days, please contact us at contact@thegiftforge.com and we will follow up on the status of the parcel.
↩️ Returns and damaged packages
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving a physical product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@thegiftforge.com or use our online Withdrawal Form available on the website.
If you receive a damaged product, or if any part of your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, include photographs of the damage. We will investigate the case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Please note that Digital Products are delivered electronically and may be subject to different withdrawal and refund conditions than physical products. Digital Products are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that they will be compatible with every software application, machine, printer, cutter, material, or production environment. Customers are responsible for ensuring that Digital Products are suitable for their intended use before manufacturing or production. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, use of Digital Products is at your own risk.
