ORDERS

Do I need to register to order?

No. You can go through the purchasing process as guest.

Can I modify my order after finishing?

Yes you can modify the order until you receive the email confirming the shipment. Your modification request should be sent to us by email (contact@thegiftforge.com)

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. The order can be cancelled before shipping. Your cancellation request should be sent to us by email (contact@thegiftforge.com)

I did not receive my download email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam/promotions folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at contact@thegiftforge.com.

How many times can I download the digital files?

Each purchase includes 3 download attempts.
This is usually enough for downloading your files to multiple devices or re-downloading them later if needed.

PRODUCTS

Can I store my painted miniatures safely in the board game inserts?

Yes. In our inserts the miniatures are kept in place with wooden springs that hold the sides of the base. This way the miniatures are safe even with decorated bases. 

Can I fit the sleeved cards into the inserts?

The answer is yes in all cases. :)
There are different sizes of sleeves on the market and it is obvious that we can’t test them all. We are always calculating with an average sleeve size. So if you are using a thinner card sleeves or you are not using any at all then you will have more space in the insert.

What does it mean if a product is marked as digital?

These products include downloadable files only. No physical version will be shipped.

What file formats do you provide?

The available file formats are always listed on the product page. Depending on the product, these may include 3D printable or laser cut related files.

Can I use the digital files commercially?

No. The digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or used for commercial production.
Commercial use is only permitted under a separate licensing agreement. If you are interested in commercial use, please contact us at contact@thegiftforge.com.

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Physical and digital products have different fulfillment methods and delivery times.

Digital products:
Download links are sent by email after purchase.

Physical products:
Processing and manufacturing times depend on the product category and stock availability. For more info on shipping see Shipping Details.

Will I have to wait for my digital files if I also ordered physical products?

No. Download links for digital products are sent separately by email and are independent from the production and shipping time of physical products.

I did not see any damage on the packaging but still the product was damaged. What should I do?

If you received a damaged or faulty product please write to us to contact@thegiftforge.com about your problem. For faster evaluation please send us some pictures of the problem. We are answering to your problem as soon as possible.

The package was damaged. What should I do?

If you have received a damaged package please don’t acknowledge the receipt. You have the right to ask courier to check the content of the package. If the product is damaged in the inside the courier must make a record about the damage and take it back to the warehouse for investigation. If the investigation is done the shipping company will send it back to us. We will do a final inspection on the damaged product and send you a repaired or a new one.

If you have acknowledged the receipt and notice the damage afterward please contact us immediately to contact@thegiftforge.com. We will investigate the case afterward.

Can I return my order?

Physical products are covered by the 14 day right of withdrawal as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Digital products are non refundable and are not eligible for withdrawal once the download has been provided.
